Beach weekend

Well this is first ever blog. I have entered the secret world of the young and computer savy. I have still not figured out how to link this to my registered domain name http://www.geodonkey.com/, soon to come though.

This weekend I went to Assateague Island, located on Maryland's eastern shore, with a bunch of guys from work. Collin and I left his house 3:30 am and arrived around 6:00 am.

We were on the beach for about 16 hours and caught 1 spot and 1 white fish (I caught that one). It was still a awesome time, we made a nice fire thanks to Tony and cooked up the best hot dogs I have had. Collin and I ruled the beach playing ladder ball. We finally made it back to camp about 10:30 pm and preceded to make another giant fire. After an hour of listening to Collin and Justin argue over the usage of the metric system vs empirical I had to go to bed. I was woken by the sound of horses raiding the camp site. Assateague is home to wild horses. I thought Collin was going to get his head kicked in so I woke him up. Steve was alreay fending off the beasts with very little luck. I think they finished off our hot dogs. At this point I just stayed up and packed because I was flying out to AZ later in the evening.

Dude!!! You're blogging! Nice. You've got at least one reader in me. You should turn off your word verification for comment posting, it's annoying.

Nice man, well get 'em in November when the fish with the lateral lines come back through. I agree, the word verification has to go.
